Hello friends! The three of us have enjoyed a bit of fall fun before we move. We got to share our missionary story and goals in front of multiple audiences lately. We also packed our bags and stored the rest of our things in Bradley’s parents’ basement, with the hopes of slowly bringing more of our things to Guatemala in the future. If you haven’t heard or read it yet, we are moving to Guatemala on Nov. 5th! We are super excited to be able to contribute in person at Encounter, to start adapting again, and to continue learning Spanish in Guatemala. Kaylee has been starting to learn more Spanish as we practice some words with her, and through her favorite cartoons, as most of them the audio can be set to Spanish. We are going to keep fundraising to get to 100% in our monthly support. We trust God will aid us in His perfect timing. |

Encounter Update: -The students began their 2nd quarter of the school year. -A couple pre-K students began full-time attending, they were part-time attending the 1st quarter. -Caitlin had been working on updating science and history curriculum, and finished uploading the rest of this quarter’s items. -Encounter’s board agreed to the creation of School House Thrift, a program that lets the school, its families, and supporting churches donate items that are then sold to the community for low costs, in a way to help the less-fortunate. It allows us all to connect on a deeper level with the broader Antigua community. |

Prayer Requests: -Praise God for His faithfulness. He's opened a couple more doors for us, and made it possible for us to move to Guatemala at the start of November. -Pray for us and our family or friends as we adjust to this distance, and that God gives all of us peace and enthusiasm as we obediently answer the call He’s placed in our lives. -Help us and Kaylee to continue to improve our spanish knowledge, we hope to get professional training and to learn amongst neighbors. -Pray we find a church that all three of us feel welcome at. -Pray that we raise 100% of our funds needed by next school year. |
